so when i eventually hop off the reta and move into a maintenance phase for a bit before i start bulking i was thinking about using tesofensine- basically just as a safety net if the cravings and hunger start hitting too hard because i really dont want to rebound while im taking a long break from the peds. but honestly the more i read about it the more i see mixed reviews especially for just using it as a mild appetite suppressant or whatever. it being an oral just makes it way easier for traveling though which is a huge plus... has anyone here actually ran it first hand? i really only want to use it for like a couple weeks so let me know if its actually worth it or not

i ran teso for about a month after a cut and honestly it’s nothing like reta. it’s more of a mental thing—it kills the "food noise" by making you feel focused, almost like a low dose of adderall but with better appetite suppression. 0.5mg is the sweet spot for most guys

just a heads up the half-life on teso is crazy long. if you only want to use it for a couple weeks just know it'll be in your system way longer than that lol. it definitely works for travel though since you just pop a pill and forget about it for the day

honestly i found it better for the "maintenance" mental struggle than for actual fat loss. it helps you not care about food as much which is great when you stop the injectables. just watch out for the dry mouth and insomnia because they can hit pretty hard at first

if you're coming off reta the hunger might hit you like a freight train regardless lol. teso helps but it’s not as "physical" as the glp-1s. i’d say it’s worth a shot for a bridge phase just keep the dose low so you don't get the jitters

i tried it and it definitely crushed my appetite but it made me a little too "wired" for a maintenance phase. it’s great for the convenience factor like you said but maybe start with 0.25mg to see how your heart rate handles it before jumping to 0.5 or 1mg

I ran teso for about a month and honestly it’s a bit of a weird one. It definitely kills the hunger but the energy can be a lot - like, don't take it too late in the day or you're just not sleeping. If you're just doing a couple weeks for travel it might be okay but it takes a bit to really build up in your system anyway.

the travel aspect is a huge win for sure - way easier than messing with pins and alcohol swabs in a hotel room lol. just be careful because some people get pretty bad anxiety on it since it hits those neurotransmitters. if you already have a high caffeine intake you might wanna scale that back if you start the teso.

I’ve used it and it’s definitely effective for cravings. The "mixed reviews" are usually from people who expect it to be like a glp-1 which it isn't. it's more of a mental "i don't need to snack" feeling rather than "i'm physically stuffed" - works well for a bridge though!

just a heads up the dry mouth is real on teso. i liked it for a maintenance phase because it kept me sharp and focused but i was drinking like 2 gallons of water a day. if you do run it just start with a low dose to see how your heart rate reacts first - better safe than sorry.
