so ive been looking into this for a minute now and i honestly cant tell if its legit. i read a bunch of stuff that sounds great but then i see other articles talking about heavy metals and now im just kinda stuck. i want to know what you guys think especially if your actually drinking it or if you decided to stay away from it for a reason

let me know your thoughts because i keep going back and forth on whether to buy some lol thanks!

lol i was in the exact same boat like two months ago. honestly the heavy metal stuff is scary but if you buy from a brand that actually shows their third-party lab tests it's usually fine. i've been drinking it every morning and i definitely feel a bit more "awake" but it might just be a placebo who knows

idk man... i tried it for a few weeks and i didn't really notice anything special. it tastes kinda like dirt to me? i ended up just going back to regular green tea because it’s cheaper and i know what’s in it. maybe i just got a bad brand though

you really gotta check the source! if it’s coming from certain areas the lead levels can actually be kinda high. i only buy the stuff that’s grown in japan since they have stricter rules about that. it’s a bit more expensive but way better for peace of mind if your worried about the heavy metals

honestly i say just go for it and see how you feel. i was overthinking it too but now i love it. just dont buy the cheapest option on amazon- thats usually where the sketchy stuff is. get a small bag first and see if your stomach likes it before you commit to the big expensive jars

i stayed away because of the heavy metal thing too... my anxiety just couldn't handle wondering if i was poisoning myself every morning lol. there are plenty of other ways to get antioxidants without the stress!! but plenty of people drink it for years and are totally fine so dont let me scare you off it if you really wanna try it

man i went through the exact same rabbit hole last month lol. the heavy metal stuff is definitely scary but i think as long as you find a brand that actually posts their 3rd party lab results you're mostly fine. i've been drinking it for about three weeks now and honestly i feel great but who knows if its just placebo at this point.

i stayed away personally. the lack of regulation in the supplement industry just sketches me out too much plus like u said the heavy metal reports are pretty consistent for certain brands. if you do buy it just make sure it’s not from some random tiktok shop or amazon seller with no history!

honestly i just bought some last week haha. i figured if i drink city water and eat processed food occasionally a little bit of this probably wont kill me. the taste is definitely "earthy" if you know what i mean so be ready for that. i'll let u know if i grow a third arm in a few days lol.

its so hard to tell what’s a scam and what’s real these days. i've been using it for a year and my bloodwork actually came back cleaner than ever but i'm also super picky about where i get it from. if the price seems too good to be true it usually is a red flag.

idk man i tried it for a month and didnt really notice a massive difference. it wasnt bad or anything but for the price i just didnt feel like it was worth the "is this toxic" anxiety i had every time i took a sip. i think i'm sticking to regular vitamins for now.

for real!! every time i'm about to hit "checkout" i see another thread about lead or arsenic and i just close the tab lol. i want the benefits so bad but the risk feels weirdly high for something thats supposed to be healthy. let me know if u find a brand that’s actually verified 100% clean.

ive been taking it and i swear my energy levels are way more stable throughout the day. i was super skeptical at first too but i just did a ton of digging into the sourcing. its definitely a "buy once cry once" type of thing - dont go for the cheap stuff or you're definitely getting the heavy metals.

stuck in the same boat here haha. half the people swear by it and the other half say its literal poison. i think im gonna wait another few months and see if any more long-term studies come out before i jump on the bandwagon. gl with the decision though!
