im 40m 5'9 and 175lbs been running my own trt for 8 months now at 30mg test prop ed. i kept some aromasin on deck but seeing as theres like a million opinions on how to take it i just decided to wait for bloodwork unless i actually felt weird. on the trt dose my e2 never went over 50 and i felt totally fine with zero sides. but then 2 months ago i bumped it up to a blast of 100mg test prop ed for my first real cycle. two weeks in i noticed some bloating and my emotions were all over the place i literally started crying watching a futbol game. i got my bloods done and my e2 was at 150 even though i still felt pretty great aside from those two things. i started taking masin at 6.25 e3d and the sides cleared up really fast. but im super paranoid about crashing my e2 so i stopped as soon as i felt normal again and got another blood test. it came back at 50 so i just stopped taking the aromasin completely. for the last six weeks i havent touched the stuff and my e2 is just chilling at 50 with no sides at all. h

yeah that actually sounds like you ended up exactly where a lot of guys try to get to but overcomplicate it. you had the spike, you used the AI just long enough to pull the obvious sides down, then backed off and let things stabilize instead of chasing perfect numbers.

man that E2 rollercoaster is pretty much exactly what a lot of people run into on prop when they push it hard. sounds like you actually handled it pretty clean though, most guys either panic and overcorrect or just ignore it completely. if you feel good now and labs are stable that’s honestly the sweet spot a lot of people struggle to find

honestly sounds like you handled it perfectly. people panic and nuke their e2 into the floor the second they see a high number on paper but if youre feeling good at 50 with no sides id leave it alone too. crashing e2 feels a million times worse than a little bloating and crying at sports lmao
