Why does Test E show higher levels than Test C on my bloodwork?

I've noticed something really weird with my bloodwork lately. Every time I run Test Enanthate at the exact same dose as Test Cypionate (200mg), my total testosterone levels come back completely different. It doesn't even seem to matter what source I use or how long I've been on it, and I'm pinning daily for both so the levels should be stable.

When I'm on Test E, my levels usually sit between 1800-2500 ng/dl. But on Test C, they drop way down to the 800-1400 ng/dl range.

Is this something other guys have dealt with, or do I just suck at metabolizing the Cypionate ester for some reason? I know there's a tiny difference in the amount of actual bioactive testosterone between the two because of the ester weight, but there's no way it should be causing a gap this massive. Does anyone have an explanation for this?

honestly sounds less like your body hates cyp and more like one version somewhere in the chain just isnt as dosed or absorbed the way you think it is.

that gap is way bigger than what ester weight differences would ever explain so i’d be side eyeing the bloodwork itself before blaming your body. timing of the draw, lab variation, even just different test kits can swing numbers more than people think. also even daily pins don’t fully erase peak vs trough differences if one blood draw happened slightly off timing. i’ve seen guys swear cyp “hits weaker” then it turns out the labs were just taken under totally different conditions lol.
